Parking
Complimentary on-site parking is available at Green Valley Ranch Golf Club. There are no parking fees.
Required Items for Entry
Please have the following available at check-in:
- Printed or digital ticket/registration confirmation
- Valid photo ID
- Registered player or sponsor name (must match the official registration list)
Dress Code / Suggested Attire
Proper golf attire is required. Recommended attire includes:
- Collared shirts
- Golf slacks or golf shorts
- Golf shoes
Not permitted: denim, tank tops, or cutoffs.
We also suggest bringing a light jacket or rain gear in case of changing weather conditions.
What to Bring
- Golf clubs and personal equipment
- Sunscreen, hat, or visor
- Cash or card for raffle tickets and other fundraising activities
What Not to Bring
- Outside food or alcohol
- Pets (service animals are permitted)
- Unauthorized photography or video equipment
Photography & Videography Policy
Official event photographers will be on-site. Personal photos are welcome; however, professional videography, drone use, or similar recording equipment is not permitted without prior approval from the event organizer.

- Checks payable to the designated tournament beneficiary/organization
Payment & Fiscal Intermediary Notice
- Bank statement descriptor: Ticket and sponsorship purchases may appear as “JTB Events” on your bank or card statement.
- Fiscal intermediary disclosure: JTB Events, Inc. is a for-profit event management company acting as a fiscal intermediary for event proceeds on behalf of the tournament beneficiary organization. All proceeds (less approved event management fees) will be transferred directly to the beneficiary.
At-the-Door Registration
On-site registration will only be available if spots remain. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to guarantee participation.
Refund Policy
All registrations are non-refundable. However, registrations may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.
Reentry Policy
Players and guests may leave and return to the clubhouse area during the event. Please keep your wristband or badge visible for reentry.
Ticket Exchange / Transfer Policy
Registrations are transferable. Please notify the event organizer at least 48 hours in advance with the new participant’s name and contact information.
Event Cancellation / Rainout Policy
The tournament will be held rain or shine unless the golf course determines conditions are unplayable. If severe weather requires cancellation, the event beneficiary will make every effort to reschedule. Refunds will not be issued, and all proceeds will continue to benefit the tournament’s mission.

If you no longer have your ticket or confirmation email, return to the registration page and select “Update/Review an Existing Order” to re-download your confirmation. If you’re unable to retrieve your information, please contact the event organizer for assistance.
